If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Notice Administrator at (833) 296-0728 or info@AldenBIPAClassAction.com. Please request your Notice ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address. To exclude yourself, you must complete a Request for Exclusion Form—either online, by email, or by mail—by May 14, 2025.
